- Partner with business leaders to understand business objectives and workforce requirements
- Provide HR guidance on organizational design, workforce planning, and change management
- Drive HR initiatives aligned with business strategy and organizational goals
- Collaborate with hiring managers to identify manpower requirements and support recruitment
- Drive performance appraisal processes and goal setting initiatives
- Address employee grievances, conduct investigations, and promote positive work culture
- Identify high potential employees and succession planning opportunities
- Lead employee engagement programs and analyze engagement survey results
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures
- Track key HR metrics and prepare HR dashboards and reports
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred)
- Minimum 10 years of HR experience, preferably within T&D, EPC, Infrastructure, or Power sector
- Strong understanding of project based workforce management
- Knowledge of UAE Labour Law
- Experience in handling large blue collar and white collar workforce

Overview

Key Responsibilities

- Coach managers on performance improvement plans and employee development.
- Ensure consistency and fairness in performance management practices.
- Address employee grievances and workplace concerns.
- Conduct investigations and recommend appropriate resolutions.
- Promote a positive work culture and maintain healthy employee relations.
Talent Management & Development
- Identify high potential employees and succession planning opportunities.
- Partner with Learning & Development teams to address capability gaps.
- Support leadership development and career progression initiatives.
Employee Engagement
- Lead employee engagement programs and action plans.
- Analyze engagement survey results and implement improvement initiatives.
- Drive diversity, inclusion, and employee well being programs.
HR Operations & Compliance
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and HR procedures.
- Support HR audits and reporting requirements.
- Monitor HR metrics and provide insights to business leaders.
HR Analytics & Reporting
- Track key HR metrics including attrition, retention, hiring, productivity, and engagement.
- Prepare HR dashboards and reports for management review.
- Use data driven insights to support decision making.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field (MBA/PGDM in HR preferred).
