About the Role
We are looking for an organized and confident HR Training & Onboarding Coordinator to train new employees, coordinate their onboarding, and support recruitment and daily HR operations. The successful candidate will help new employees understand their duties, company policies, workplace standards, an
Key Responsibilities
- Conduct orientation and training for newly hired employees.
- Explain job responsibilities, company policies, attendance rules, safety procedures, and workplace standards.
- Prepare onboarding schedules, training materials, checklists, and employee files.
- Coordinate with department supervisors to arrange practical, job-specific training.
- Monitor new employees during their training and probation periods.
- Evaluate employees’ understanding and identify areas requiring additional training.
- Maintain accurate training, attendance, onboarding, and employee records.
- Collect required documents from new employees and follow up on missing documents.
- Assist with posting vacancies, screening CVs, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates.
- Coordinate employees’ joining dates and ensure all onboarding requirements are completed.
- Support HR with staff queries, performance follow-ups, warning letters, and general documentation.
- Assist the operations team with staff allocation and daily workforce coordination.
