Responsibilities
- Support end to end recruitment process across multiple roles and locations
- Screen CVs and applications to identify suitable candidates
- Coordinate interviews, candidate tasks and feedback
- Manage recruitment administration including offer letters, contracts, references and onboarding documentation
- Coordinate onboarding process for new joiners
- Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and internal trackers
- Prepare HR documents, letters and employment related paperwork
- Support employee lifecycle changes including promotions, salary changes, contract updates
- Assist with payroll inputs, HR reporting and people data administration
- Support initiatives that improve employee engagement, inclusion and workplace culture
Requirements
- 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR or people operations
- Strong interest in recruitment and candidate experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, candidates and deadlines
- Comfortable working with hiring managers and stakeholders

About the Role
- We are looking for a proactive and highly organised HR & Talent Coordinator to support our growing team, with a strong focus on recruitment and talent coordination.
- This role will play a key part in helping us attract, engage and hire great people across the business.
- You will support the end to end recruitment process, from posting roles and screening applications through to interview coordination, candidate communication and onboarding.
- Alongside recruitment, you will also support general people operations, HR administration and employee experience initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end to end recruitment process across multiple roles and locations, including Abu Dhabi, London and New York.
- Screen CVs and applications, helping to identify suitable candidates for hiring managers.
- Coordinate interviews, candidate tasks and feedback across the recruitment process.
- Help manage recruitment administration, including offer letters, contracts, references and onboarding documentation.
- Coordinate the onboarding process for new joiners, ensuring they have a smooth and welcoming experience.
- Prepare new starter documents and internal announcements.
- Liaise with managers, Operations and relevant teams to ensure equipment, access and systems are ready.
- Support with probation tracking and new joiner check ins.
- Maintain accurate employee records across HR systems and internal trackers.
- Prepare HR documents, letters and employment related paperwork.
- Support with employee lifecycle changes, including promotions, salary changes, contract updates and role changes.
- Assist with payroll inputs, HR reporting and general people data administration.
Required Experience
- 1–2 years’ experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, HR or people operations.
- Strong interest in recruitment and candidate experience.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks, candidates and deadlines.
- Comfortable working with hiring managers and stakeholders across the business.
