Purpose
- The HR Specialist is responsible for planning, execution, and evaluation of various HR processes, programs, and events that enhance employee performance and engagement, professional development, and organizational culture.
- This role collaborates with cross functional teams to ensure HR activities align with the company’s strategic goals and support the overall employee experience.
