About the Role

- Manage end to end HR operations, including onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and HR records
- Support recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, interview coordination, and offer management
- Provide guidance on HR policies, procedures, and employee relations matters
- Coordinate performance management, probation reviews, and employee development initiatives
- Maintain employee files, HR databases, and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality
- Support compensation and benefits administration, leave management, and payroll inputs
- Handle employee grievances and assist in resolving workplace issues
- Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company HR policies
- Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and workforce analytics
- Support employee engagement, wellness, and organizational development initiatives
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external service providers on HR related matters
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or related field
- HR Specialist: 3–5 years of relevant HR experience
- Senior HR Officer: 5–8+ years of relevant HR experience
- Strong knowledge of HR operations, employee relations, recruitment, and performance management
- Good understanding of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Proficiency in HRMS systems and Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills
