Job Overview

  • Elite Sports Academy is one of the leading sports academy in the Middle East, delivering high quality programmes in Football, Swimming, Basketball, Gymnastics, Holiday Camps, Fitness, and School Activities.
  • We are looking for an organized, detail oriented, and people focused HR professional who can manage day to day HR operations while ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
  • The ideal candidate will have experience across recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, government platforms, and HR administration.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recruitment and Selection: Assist in managing the end to end recruitment process, source and screen candidates, schedule interviews, coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Employee Onboarding: Prepare job offers and employment contracts through the Qiwa platform, develop and coordinate onboarding activities, prepare employee kits, coordinate with IT, arrange accommodation.
  • Employee Offboarding: Manage resignation and termination processes, conduct exit interviews, prepare end of service benefit calculations, collect company property.
  • Document and File Management: Maintain accurate employee records in both electronic and physical formats, ensure compliance, maintain confidentiality.
  • Employee Engagement and Communication: Coordinate birthday greetings, welcome messages, employee announcements, share company updates.
  • Performance Management: Assist in developing and administering annual performance appraisal processes, follow up with managers, identify training needs.
  • Leave and Attendance Management: Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave balances, process leave requests.
  • Compliance and Government Platforms Management: Manage Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, monitor Saudization requirements, manage WPS submissions.
  • Reporting and Administrative Support: Prepare monthly HR reports, assist in drafting HR policies, support approval of Internal Work Regulations.
  • General HR Support: Respond to HR related employee inquiries, support day to day HR operations.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of HR experience, preferably in Saudi Arabia.
  • Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices.
  • Hands on experience with Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, and other government platforms.
  • Experience managing recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and HR administration.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Excel, Word, and Outlook.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (written and spoken).

Salary

  • Salary package: 8,000 to 10,000 SAR per month.
