Role Overview

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the HR team, including preparing reports and analyzing recruitment and performance data.
  • Organize and coordinate training and development programs for employees.
  • Collaborate with various departments to understand their human resource needs and provide appropriate solutions.
  • Develop policies and procedures for human resources to ensure compliance with local laws and ethical standards.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback to employees.
