- Manage the full recruitment cycle including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding

- Administer attendance, leave, and other HR processes
- Assist in performance management and employee development programs
- Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law and company policies
- Prepare HR reports and maintain HR databases
- Coordinate training and employee engagement initiatives
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of HR experience
- Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices
- Excellent communication skills in English; Arabic is an advantage
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills
- Currently residing in Saudi Arabia
- HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, PHRi, or equivalent) are a plus

Overview
- We are seeking a proactive and experienced HR Specialist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing recruitment, employee relations, HR operations, and ensuring compliance with Saudi labor regulations.
Key Responsibilities

Qualifications

- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and HR software systems.
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and problem solving skills.
- Candidates must be currently residing in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Preferred
- HR certifications (SHRM, CIPD, PHRi, or equivalent) are a plus.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.
