About the Role
SCORP is seeking an HR & Sales Assistant Intern for a full-time, on-site role in Dubai. The intern will support HR operations including candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and onboarding, as well as assist the sales team with customer inquiries, lead qualification, and CRM updates.

- Assist with candidate sourcing, interview scheduling, and basic HR documentation.
- Maintain employee records and help coordinate onboarding activities.
- Support the sales team by handling customer inquiries, pre qualification of leads, preparing proposals, updating CRM or sales trackers, and following up with potential clients.
- Organize files, prepare reports and presentations, and collaborate with team members to ensure smooth internal communication and client service.
Requirements
- Fresh graduates and final year students are encouraged to apply.
- Must be on a valid UAE own visa (Sponsor/Family Visa, Golden Visa, or Freelance Visa).
- Clear and professional communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Basic sales understanding and an interest in business development.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and a professional work ethic.
- Ability to work on site in Dubai, manage multiple tasks, and collaborate in a diverse team.

Role Description
- The HR & Sales Assistant Intern will support daily HR and sales operations in a full time, on site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
