About the role

Recruitment and talent acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
• Source, screen, interview, and place candidates.
• Manage client hiring requirements and multiple recruitment priorities.
• Recruit roles ranging from nannies, babysitters, and domestic staff to corporate and white-collar positions.

HR generalist

• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding.
• Handle employee relations and disciplinary matters.
• Support attendance, leave, and payroll-related matters.
• Provide general HR support for a workforce of 50 or more employees.

Client and business development

• Understand client requirements and prepare recruitment proposals and quotations.
• Prepare and negotiate recruitment or service agreements.
• Manage client relationships.
• Follow up on recruitment opportunities and convert them into business.

What is required

• Have 2–6 years of relevant experience in talent acquisition/recruitment and HR.
• Have strong Dubai/UAE recruitment experience.
• Have proven experience hiring both blue-collar and white-collar employees.
• Have practical HR generalist experience.
• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and client-management skills.
• Be able to work independently and take ownership.
• Have a commercial mindset and willingness to work in a fast-growing business.

Preferred background

• Experience in an HR consultancy, recruitment agency, or staffing company is strongly preferred.

Compensation

• Fixed salary is AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
• Performance commission is AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
• Potential total earnings are AED 9,000–11,000 per month.
• The package is structured approximately 50% fixed and 50% performance-based.

Work arrangement

• The stated work location is in person.
• Full-time, part-time/temporary, and a remote commission-only arrangement may be considered for suitable candidates.
