Role Overview

Recruitment and Talent Acquisition

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for white-collar, blue-collar, and domestic staff.
• Source, screen, interview, and place suitable candidates.
• Manage multiple vacancies and priorities simultaneously.
• Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.

HR and People Operations

• Manage onboarding, offboarding, and employee relations for a workforce of more than 50 employees.
• Handle attendance, leave, and payroll-related coordination.
• Maintain accurate employee records and ensure HR processes are followed.

Client Management and Business Development

• Understand client requirements and recommend suitable staffing solutions.
• Prepare proposals and negotiate service agreements.
• Manage client relationships and convert recruitment enquiries into long-term opportunities.
• Identify opportunities to generate new business.

Candidate Requirements

• Have 2–6 years of recruitment and HR experience in the UAE, preferably Dubai.
• Have experience recruiting corporate professionals and blue-collar or domestic staff.
• Recruitment agency, staffing consultancy, or similar experience is highly preferred.
• Demonstrate strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Be commercially minded, organized, proactive, and comfortable working independently.
• Be able to manage pressure, priorities, and a fast-changing environment.

Compensation

• Fixed salary is stated as AED 4,000–5,000 per month.
• Performance commission is stated as AED 5,000–6,000 per month.
• Potential total earnings are stated as AED 9,000–11,000 per month.
• The role emphasizes performance-based compensation.
