About the Role
We are seeking a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the full recruitment cycle for a Syrian Restaurant Group. The role involves sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates for restaurant operations.

- Manage end to end recruitment for restaurant positions (Chefs, Cooks, Waiters, Cashiers, Supervisors, Drivers, etc.)
- Coordinate manpower requirements with restaurant managers and operations team
- Source candidates through job portals, social media, referrals, and local recruitment channels
- Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, and shortlist suitable candidates
- Arrange and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Handle offer letters, employment contracts, and onboarding procedures
- Coordinate with PRO / Admin team regarding visa processing, medicals, and labor approvals
- Maintain and update recruitment databases and employee records
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 2–4 years of recruitment experience, preferably in restaurants or hospitality
- Strong understanding of restaurant operations and manpower needs
- Familiarity with UAE labor law, visas, and hiring procedures
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet urgent hiring deadlines
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms
- Arabic and English proficiency is mandatory
