- Lead and manage strategic HR projects from planning through execution and completion
- Coordinate workforce feedback initiatives and analyze insights to support organizational improvement
- Partner with business leaders and HR teams to develop and implement people focused action plans
- Facilitate workshops, stakeholder meetings, and project governance activities
- Track project milestones, risks, budgets, and deliverables to ensure successful execution
- Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior leadership
- Support initiatives related to organizational culture, employee wellbeing, recognition, and change management
- Collaborate across multiple functions to deliver measurable business outcomes
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Organizational Development, Psychology, or a related field
- 5–10 years of experience in HR, Organizational Development, HR Projects, People & Culture, or related functions
- Proven experience managing complex HR or organizational projects
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Experience with workforce analytics, survey platforms, or HR technology is an advantage
- PMP, PRINCE2, or another project management certification is preferred
- Excellent analytical, presentation, and problem solving skills

Job Overview
