Role Overview

  • To lead and oversee the efficient delivery of all HR operational functions across the organization. This role ensures that HR services, including employee relations, HR administration, attendance management, and compliance, are streamlined, standardized, and delivered in a timely manner. Main Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead, manage, and continuously improve all HR operational services across the organization.
  • Oversee the administration of employee lifecycle processes: onboarding, offboarding, transfers.
  • Manage HRIS systems, ensuring data integrity, system optimization, and reporting accuracy.
  • Oversee leave management, time attendance monitoring, ticketing, medical insurance administration, and personnel file management.
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures, and workflows are documented, standardized, and consistently applied.
  • Ensure compliance with labor regulations and internal audit requirements.
  • Manage and resolve escalated employee relations issues/concerns.
  • Act as the point of contact for internal and external audits related to HR operations.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, IT, and other functions to align operations and support business needs.
  • Monitor HR service delivery metrics and drive continuous improvements based on feedback and analytics.
  • Support strategic HR projects such as HR system upgrades and HR transformation initiatives.
  • Resolve grievances, advise on policies, and support disciplinary procedures.

Managerial Duties & Responsibilities

  • Lead, motivate, and develop the HR Operations team.
  • Allocate team resources efficiently based on priorities, business demands, and deadlines.
  • Set clear team objectives, KPIs, and performance expectations in alignment with corporate goals.
  • Conduct regular coaching, performance appraisals, and development plans for direct reports.

Working Conditions

  • Standard working hours are Sunday to Thursday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM; extended hours may be required.
  • The role is primarily office based, with potential for hybrid work arrangements subject to business needs and management approval.
  • Operates in a deadline driven and compliance focused environment where precision, timeliness, and confidentiality are critical.
  • Requires frequent coordination with internal departments such as HR, Finance, and IT to ensure seamless processes and data consistency.
  • Workload may increase during peak periods.
  • Access to HRIS is essential for daily operations.

Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Proficiency in both written and spoken English & Arabic languages
