Role overview
The HR Operations Analyst supports employees, leaders, and HR business partners across the hire-to-retire lifecycle.
The role is generally not client-facing and may be part of a centralized HR support team.
The position is part of the Human Resources Shared Services team.
Responsibilities
- Implement and administer HR programs, policies, and practices.
- Triage employee and leader inquiries and provide guidance on HR processes and procedures.
- Maintain HRIS systems, enter data, and analyze HR reports, including work in SAP SuccessFactors.
- Track complaints and issue logs, research solutions, and provide feedback to HR partners and leadership.
- Administer the short-term disability program with medical health management providers.
- Support 1LM transformation efforts, including testing a new HRIS.
- Improve HR processes and support ad hoc initiatives, onboarding, and employee orientation.
Basic qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or additional studies directly related to HR.
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in HR operations or a similar role.
