Standard Job Description
You will be the Subcontract Administration Sr for the Subcontract Management Team. Our team is responsible for overseeing subcontract lifecycle and ensuring compliance across multiple manufacturing facilities.
What You Will Be Doing As the Subcontract Administration Sr you will be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of complex, high‑dollar procurement agreements, providing critical operational support to non‑supply chain procurement teams.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Develop subcontract specifications, work statements, and terms for specialized materials and services.
Prepare bid packages, conduct bidders' conferences, and evaluate proposals.
Negotiate subcontract provisions and manage award processes.
Administer and modify existing subcontracts, ensuring compliance.
Collaborate with contracts administration and purchasing to shape policies.

Basic Qualifications
- Candidate must have knowledge and experience buying under the guidelines of the FAR/DFAR, LMAP, CAP, and other acquisition policies and procedures. Candidate must have expertise in building trades, materials, industrial gases machinery and maintenance. Candidate must be proactive and have excellent customer service skills, must be able to manage challenging workload effectively and efficiently, exhibit strong problem-solving and communications skills, be a self-starter and an excellent team player. Additionally, the successful candidate must have strong computer skills and experience in SAP or equivalent system. Some travel may be required.
