Role overview
SIHAMCO is seeking an HR onboarding and facilities professional to manage the complete employee arrival and onboarding journey.
The role coordinates with Recruitment, HR, Operations, and Facilities to ensure new hires are compliant, inducted, accommodated, and equipped from day one.
The position covers onboarding administration, immigration documentation, accommodation readiness, orientation, transport, employee welfare, and facilities coordination.
Employee onboarding and compliance
- Manage end-to-end onboarding for all new employees and prepare schedules before arrival.
- Coordinate pre-arrival communication, contracts, HR documentation, personnel files, and required commencement records.
- Coordinate work visas, Iqama processing, medical examinations, fingerprinting, and government registrations with the PRO.
- Track immigration milestones and expiry dates for visas, Iqamas, and other legal documentation.
Arrival, orientation, and welfare
- Coordinate airport arrivals, transportation to accommodation, welcome packs, and employee settlement support.
