The HR Officer will support the employee lifecycle for a production team in a fast-growing company operating across multiple markets.
The role works closely with the Production Director and Kitchen Manager and serves as a first point of contact for general HR matters.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate onboarding for new kitchen hires, including documentation, inductions, and system setup.
- Maintain employee records, documentation, contracts, renewals, probation periods, and HR files.
- Manage statutory registrations and filings, including GOSI, Qiwa, and other government platforms.
- Support employee questions, attendance tracking, workforce reporting, and HR reports.
- Ensure HR processes comply with local labor requirements and maintain confidentiality.
- Escalate complex employee matters and support production leadership with HR administration.
Requirements
- 3–4 years of experience in HR, HR operations, or a similar role.
- Familiarity with Saudi labor requirements and government HR platforms, including GOSI and Qiwa.
- Strong understanding of onboarding, documentation, contracts, and HR administration.
- Experience in production, operations, hospitality, retail, or multi-site environments is preferred.
- Strong organization, communication, discretion, and ability to manage competing deadlines.
- Proficiency in standard HR and office systems.
