About the Role
A growing Arabic sweets manufacturer in Dubai is looking for an HR Officer to manage recruitment, employee records, payroll inputs, and compliance with UAE labor laws. The ideal candidate has 2-3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or F&B, and knowledge of UAE Labor Law.

- Minimum 2 3 years of HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or F&B industry
- Knowledge of UAE Labor Law and HR best practices
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency in MS Office, HR systems, and Odoo
- Arabic and English language skills preferred

About the Role
- We are looking for a motivated and organized HR Officer to join our growing Arabic sweets manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will support all human resources functions, ensure compliance with labor regulations, and contribute to building a positive workplace culture.
