Overview

Premium Arabic Sweets Brand, Chocolate and Dates \| UAE

We are seeking an experienced and ambitious Franchise Manager to lead the expansion and development of our growing Arabic sweets brand across the UAE and regional markets.

If you have a strong background in franchise operations, business development, and brand growth within the F&B industry, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute franchise growth strategies
  • Identify and secure new franchise opportunities
  • Manage relationships with franchise partners and investors
  • Ensure brand standards and operational excellence across all locations
  • Support franchisees with onboarding, training, and performance management
  • Coordinate with operations, marketing, and production teams
  • Monitor franchise KPIs, sales performance, and profitability
  • Conduct market research and expansion analysis

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years’ experience in franchise management or F&B business development
  • Strong understanding of restaurant or retail operations
  • Experience in scaling brands and managing franchise networks
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills
  • Arabic & English proficiency preferred
  • UAE market experience is a plus
