**Bin Fadel Holding** is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and experienced **HR Officer** to support and enhance our Human Resources operations.
The ideal candidate will play a key role in managing HR functions, ensuring compliance, and contributing to a positive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job posting, screening, interviewing, and onboarding
- Prepare and maintain employee records, contracts, and HR documentation in compliance with company standards
- Ensure adherence to **UAE Labor Law** and internal HR policies
- Handle employee relations matters, including grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution
- Coordinate payroll inputs, attendance, leave management, and end-of-service benefits
- Support performance management processes, including appraisals and employee development plans
- Assist in implementing HR strategies, policies, and procedures
- Coordinate training and development initiatives
- Monitor and update HR systems and databases for accuracy and confidentiality
- Support administrative HR tasks and audits when required
Qualifications & Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- **Minimum of 3 years and above proven experience in a similar HR role**
- Strong knowledge and practical experience with **UAE Labor Law**
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and meet deadlines
- High level of integrity and ability to handle confidential information
- Proficiency in **MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)** and HR software systems
- Experience in construction or contracting industry is an advantage
