- Monitor food costs, inventory, purchasing, and supplier relationships
- Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and HACCP standards
- Maintain high standards of customer service and client satisfaction
- Manage budgets, staffing schedules, and operational reports
- Train, mentor, and develop culinary and catering teams
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Executive Chef, Catering Manager, or similar leadership role
- Strong culinary knowledge with expertise in large scale catering operations
- Excellent leadership, organizational, and communication skills
- Sound knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards
- Ability to manage multiple events and work under pressure
- Experience in menu planning, cost control, and kitchen administration
- Hospitality or Culinary qualifications preferred

Job Overview
