Responsibilities
- Develop and execute the Group’s overall financial strategy aligned with business objectives
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, financial planning, and performance management across all subsidiaries
- Oversee consolidated financial reporting in compliance with IFRS and UAE regulations
- Manage treasury operations, cash flow, liquidity, banking relationships, and funding strategies
- Drive capital allocation, investment evaluation, and return on investment optimization
- Lead mergers & acquisitions, including due diligence, valuation, structuring, and integration
- Strengthen internal controls, corporate governance, and risk management frameworks
- Provide strategic financial guidance to the Chairman and Board of Directors
- Oversee external audits, regulatory compliance, and financial reporting integrity
- Lead financial transformation and digitalization initiatives across the Group
- Develop and mentor finance teams across multiple business units
Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- Professional qualification (CPA, ACCA, CA, CFA, or CMA) required
- Minimum 15 years of progressive finance experience
- At least 5 years in a Group CFO / CFO / Finance Director role in a diversified holding company
- Strong experience in construction, real estate, or multi sector business groups preferred
- Strong expertise in IFRS, corporate finance, treasury, risk management, and M&A
- Proven leadership in strategic financial planning and business transformation

- As part of our continued expansion, we are seeking a highly strategic and results driven Group Chief Financial Officer (Group CFO) to lead the Group’s financial strategy, governance, and long term value creation.
Job Summary
- The Group CFO will serve as a key member of the Executive Leadership Team, responsible for overseeing the financial strategy, planning, governance, risk management, treasury, investments, and M&A activities across all subsidiaries.
- This role requires a strong strategic leader capable of driving financial excellence, optimizing capital allocation, and supporting sustainable growth across a multi sector organization.
