Overview

We are looking for an HR & OD Consultant to join our team in Saudi Arabia.

You will support the delivery of consulting engagements across a broad range of HR and organizational development areas, working directly with clients to build sustainable, high-performing HR systems.

What You'Ll Work On

  • Organizational design, restructuring, and workforce planning
  • Job family frameworks, competency dictionaries, and career pathway design
  • Succession planning, assessment centers, and talent management
  • Performance management system design, KPIs, goal cascading, and performance-reward linkage
  • Employee experience, journey mapping, engagement measurement, and improvement plans
  • Learning & development strategies, leadership programs, and individual development plans
  • Compensation structures, job grading, and market benchmarking
  • HR policies, procedures, governance frameworks, and labor law compliance
  • Change management and internal communication strategies
  • HR digital transformation and HRIS support

What You'Ll Do

  • Support the delivery of consulting engagements across one or more of the above areas
  • Conduct research, benchmarking, and data analysis to support project recommendations
  • Develop deliverables including frameworks, tools, templates, reports, and presentations
  • Participate in client workshops, feedback sessions, and stakeholder meetings
  • Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and are delivered on time
  • Prepare all client-facing materials in Arabic

What We'Re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in HR consulting, organizational development, or talent management
  • Demonstrated involvement in projects covering at least 3 of the areas listed above
  • Experience with government or semi-government clients in Saudi Arabia or the GCC
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Good facilitation and communication skills with ability to engage senior stakeholders
  • Arabic fluency (written and spoken) is essential
  • English proficiency
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field; Master's is a plus
  • Professional certifications (CIPD, SHRM, KPI Institute, or equivalent) are a plus
