Responsibilities
- Develop, implement, and continuously improve company wide HR policies, procedures, and systems
- Establish and maintain HR frameworks in compliance with UAE Labour Law and company requirements
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, including sourcing, interviewing, selection, onboarding, and induction
- Oversee employment contracts, renewals, amendments, and employee documentation
- Manage employee relations, disciplinary actions, grievances, and performance management processes
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor regulations and internal company policies
- Support management in manpower planning and organizational development initiatives
- Maintain personnel records and HR reporting systems
- Coordinate with department heads and project teams regarding staffing requirements
- Support payroll administration and employee benefits management as required
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
- Minimum 5 8 years of HR experience, preferably within construction, technical contracting, MEP, engineering, or facilities management sectors
- Proven experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures from the ground up
- Strong experience in recruitment and employment contracts management
- Sound knowledge of UAE Labour Law and HR best practices
- Fluent in Arabic and English; Arabic language skills are essential
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills

Position Overview
- We are seeking an experienced and proactive HR Manager to join a leading technical contracting company based in Abu Dhabi.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for establishing and managing HR functions, developing company HR procedures, and supporting the organization's growth through effective people management practices.
