Bachelor s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum of 7 years of HR experience.
Strong knowledge of HR best practices, labor laws, and HR governance.
Proficiency in HRIS systems, ATS, and Microsoft Office Suite.
Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
Strong decision-making abilities with high attention to detail and confidentiality.
Job duties
Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and procedures to support organizational goals.
Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and staffing processes to ensure timely and effective hiring.
Manage performance appraisal systems and support department managers in employee evaluations.
Handle employee relations issues, grievances, and disciplinary actions professionally and fairly.
Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Oversee payroll accuracy, compensation structure, and benefits administration.
Lead training and development initiatives to enhance employee skills and career growth.
Monitor HR metrics (turnover, absenteeism, employee satisfaction) and prepare regular reports.
Support organizational development activities such as succession planning, workforce planning, and change management.
Promote a positive work environment and strengthen company culture.
Mentor and supervise HR staff to enhance departmental performance and service quality.
