Overview
We are looking for an experienced and proactive HR Manager to take ownership of the company's complete human resources function.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the end-to-end HR function, including HR operations, policies, processes, and employee relations.
- Develop, implement, and maintain HR policies and procedures in line with UAE employment regulations.
- Manage the complete employee lifecycle, including onboarding, employment contracts, attendance, leave, performance management, and offboarding.
- Develop effective sourcing strategies and maintain a strong candidate pipeline.
- Prepare job descriptions, source candidates, conduct screening and interviews, and coordinate selections.
- Manage offer negotiations and ensure a smooth joining and onboarding process.
- Maintain accurate and confidential employee records and HR documentation.
- Advise management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and employee-related matters.
- Handle employee relations and support the resolution of workplace concerns and grievances.
- Establish and monitor performance management processes.
- Support employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum 2 years of HR experience in the UAE real estate or property development sector.
- Strong knowledge of UAE employment law and labor regulations.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Experience independently managing or establishing HR functions and processes.
- Strong understanding of employee lifecycle management and HR operations.
Compensation
- AED 12,000 - AED 15,000 per month
