Role overview
Standalone senior HR role responsible for all HR matters across the Middle East and assigned territories.
Serves as the primary HR point of contact for the business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement an HR strategy aligned with the company’s business direction.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
- Handle employee relations activities and resolve workplace issues confidentially.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Promote and reinforce the company’s core values.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including a senior HR role within the GCC region.
- Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and local regulation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- UAE residence, valid work authorization, and local HR market knowledge are preferred.
- Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are required.
