Role Overview
This standalone senior HR role manages and oversees all HR matters across the Middle East and assigned territories.
The position serves as the primary HR point of contact for the business.
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategy and plans aligned with the company’s business direction.
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, performance management, development, and offboarding across the employee lifecycle.
- Oversee compensation, benefits, payroll coordination, and HR administration.
- Arrange employee relations activities and resolve workplace issues professionally and confidentially.
- Ensure compliance with employment legislation and company policies.
- Promote and reinforce the company’s core values.
Qualifications
- Minimum 15 years of progressive HR experience, including senior HR experience within the GCC region.
- Strong understanding of the full employee lifecycle and local regulation.
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- High integrity and professionalism when handling confidential and sensitive matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- UAE residence, valid work authorization, and strong local HR market knowledge are preferred.
- Fluent Arabic and English communication skills are required.
