About the Role

Responsibilities
- Act as main license with regulatory bodies for consumer protection matters
- Prepare and submit periodic and annual reports to CBUAE, Chairman & Senior Management
- Conduct gap analysis against CBUAE Consumer Protection Standards and ensure prompt resolution of identified issues
- Address findings from regulatory inspections, internal and external audits in a timely manner
- Manage end to end customer complaints process ensuring independence from operations
- Investigate, document, and resolve complaints promptly in accordance with internal procedures
- Stay updated with Central Bank of the UAE regulations and guidelines related to Customer Complaint handling
- Prepare and submit reports to the Manager in Charge in case of Unresolved complaints
- Conduct prior review of advertisements, brochures, contract templates, account statements, and other customer facing documents
- Provide necessary recommendations to ensure all materials are clear, transparent, and aligned with regulatory requirements

- 2 3 Years of experience in the Exchange House Industry in Branch Operations
- Familiar with all applicable laws, rules & regulations related to Branch Operations
- Good Communication and negotiation skills
- Graduation in any faculty
- Open to work anywhere in UAE as per requirement

Qualifications and Education Requirements
- 2 3 Years of experience in the Exchange House Industry in Branch Operations.
- Familiar with all applicable laws, rules & regulations related to Branch Operations.
- Good Communication and negotiation skills.
- Graduation in any faculty.
- Open to work anywhere in UAE as per requirement.
Compensation
- Pay: Up to AED6,000.00 per month
