Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end HR operations and the employee lifecycle.
- Plan manpower needs and manage complete recruitment from sourcing to onboarding.
- Oversee monthly payroll, attendance, leave, commissions, deductions, and employee records.
- Manage performance appraisals, KPIs, incentives, and performance improvement plans.
- Handle employee relations, grievances, disciplinary matters, and workplace concerns.
- Develop HR policies, procedures, and internal processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE employment regulations and HR practices.
- Coordinate onboarding, training, development, promotions, and exits.
- Prepare reports covering headcount, recruitment, turnover, payroll, attendance, and performance.
- Advise management and department heads on workforce and HR-related decisions.
Requirements
- Proven experience as an HR Manager or Senior HR Professional.
- Hands-on experience in payroll, recruitment, performance management, and employee relations.
- Good knowledge of UAE labour practices.
- Experience in real estate, property development, construction, or a related industry is preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
- The ability to work independently in a professional, proactive, and discreet manner.
Compensation
- Monthly pay is AED 12,000 to AED 15,000.

- Work location is in person.
