Job Opportunity – HR Manager
A leading holding company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking to appoint a highly qualified and experienced **Human Resources Manager** to join its professional and dynamic corporate environment within a diversified and growing business group.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of **7 years of proven experience** in Human Resources, including managerial and supervisory responsibilities.
- Strong and comprehensive knowledge of the laws and regulations applicable in the United Arab Emirates, including:
- UAE Labour Law and its executive regulations.
- Employment contracts, employee relations, and termination procedures.
- Governance, compliance, confidentiality, and internal policies.
- Occupational health & safety regulations and disciplinary procedures.
- Full professional proficiency in both **Arabic and English** (written and spoken).
- Strong experience in developing and reviewing:
- HR policies and procedures.
- Organizational structures and job descriptions.
- Performance management systems and employee development programs.
- Internal regulations and workforce frameworks.
- Proven expertise in:
- Recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance, and HR operations.
- Dealing with government authorities and official platforms.
- Managing labor disputes and conducting internal investigations professionally.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure, lead teams effectively, and make sound decisions.
- Previous experience within large corporations, holding groups, or industrial/manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or any related field.
- Professional HR certifications are considered an added advantage.
