- Arrange travel plans, schedules, and official visits
- Ensure smooth day to day administrative and executive support
Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative or executive secretarial roles
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Professional communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and digital tools
- Fluency in Arabic and English (both written and spoken) is essential
