- Manage recruitment and talent acquisition

- Implement performance management systems and employee development programs
Requirements
- Minimum 3 7 years of proven experience in Human Resources
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations including UAE Labour Law
- Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English
- Experience in developing and reviewing HR policies and procedures
- Practical experience in recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance management, and HR operations
- Experience in government relations and official platforms
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or related field
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, retail chains, or jewellery industry is a strong advantage

Job Opportunity
- A leading holding company based in Abu Dhabi is seeking a qualified and motivated Human Resources professional to join its corporate environment.
Key Requirements
- Minimum of 3–7 years of proven experience in Human Resources.
- Strong knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, including UAE Labour Law, employment contracts, employee relations, termination procedures, governance, compliance, confidentiality, and internal policies.
- Full professional proficiency in both Arabic and English (written and spoken).
- Experience in developing and reviewing HR policies, procedures, organizational structures, job descriptions, performance management systems, and employee development programs.
- Practical experience in recruitment, payroll, compensation & benefits, attendance management, HR operations, government relations, and employee relations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast paced environment.
- Previous experience in holding companies, large organizations, or industrial/manufacturing environments is highly preferred.
- Experience in manufacturing, industrial operations, retail chains, or the jewellery industry is a strong advantage.
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Law, or any related field.
- Professional HR certifications are an added advantage.
