Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute HR strategies aligned with long-term objectives.
• Lead recruitment strategies and oversee hiring processes across organizational levels.
• Design employer branding and succession planning initiatives.
• Cultivate an excellent, innovative, and inclusive workplace culture.
• Resolve employee concerns and conduct engagement initiatives using employee feedback.
• Oversee compensation, benefits, HR policies, training, leadership development, and performance management.
• Ensure compliance with employment laws, pay equity standards, and internal policies.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Law or a related field.
• Professional certification such as CIPD is strongly preferred.
• Minimum 7 years of progressive HR experience, including substantial senior leadership experience.
• Demonstrated expertise in talent acquisition and recruitment across multiple domains.
• Strong leadership, strategic planning, team-building, analytical, communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.
• Proficiency with advanced HR tools, systems, and analytics.
• Ability to manage complex projects and multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-growth environment.

Compensation

• Pay is AED 10,000 to AED 12,000 per month.

Work Location

• The work location is in person.
