Overview
- Manage end-to-end onboarding of blue-collar employees (documentation, joining formalities, induction)
- Handle attendance, leave, and overtime tracking in coordination with operations and payroll
- Ensure timely visa processing, renewals, and compliance with UAE labour laws
- Coordinate with PRO, payroll, and admin teams for smooth employee lifecycle management
- Address employee queries, grievances, and disciplinary issues at ground level
- Support recruitment coordination for bulk hiring (interviews, shortlisting, joining follow-ups)
- Maintain employee records, files, and HR systems accurately
- Monitor attrition, absenteeism, and manpower gaps, and share regular reports
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies and SOPs across locations
- Coordinate for uniforms, ID cards, accommodation, and transport where applicable
