About the Role

- Manage the full hiring cycle including writing job descriptions, posting openings, screening resumes, coordinating interviews, and onboarding new employees
- Serve as a point of contact for employee inquiries and provide guidance on company policies

- Assist in developing and implementing performance evaluation processes and employee development programs
- Create, update, and enforce HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations
- Coordinate training sessions and professional development opportunities
- Maintain records and reports to ensure compliance with employment laws including EEO and FMLA

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field

Qualifications

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Solid understanding of employment laws and regulations
