HR Generalist

Maintain appropriate documentation and confidentiality of employee information.

Escalate complex or sensitive matters to the HRBP/HR leadership as appropriate.

Support HR projects and initiatives across the organisation.

Identify opportunities to simplify, automate and improve HR processes.

Support implementation of new HR policies, systems and processes.

Work with HRBPs and COEs on organisation-wide initiatives.

We are looking for someone who is hands-on and execution-oriented , but also able to look beyond transactions and identify opportunities to improve HR processes. The person should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, managing ambiguity and partnering with multiple stakeholders.
