Role Overview
Manage administrative and HR functions for AMS outsourced staff in liaison with the client.
The role covers recruitment, employee administration, labor procedures, payroll, invoicing, and staff support.
Recruitment and Employee Administration
- Source and recruit staff through agencies and internal stakeholders.
- Interview, screen, shortlist candidates, and arrange interviews.
- Support the smooth transition of new joiners.
- Supervise time, attendance, leave, annual tickets, and personal details.
- Maintain personnel files and coordinate immigration and labor procedures.
Employee and Client Support
- Counsel staff and solve problems where necessary.
- Maintain annual and sick leave schedules.
- Liaise with the client on bonuses, increments, joiners, leavers, office-space changes, and related logistics.
- Work with staff on process improvements.
Payroll, Compliance, and Improvement
- Manage monthly payroll and invoicing through client portals.
- Ensure policies and procedures are applied consistently and highlight ambiguities.
