Manage the full recruitment lifecycle and support organizational workforce needs.
Provide a positive experience for candidates and hiring managers.
The role seeks an immediate joiner.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes.
- Lead employee relations and resolve workplace matters.
- Design and coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Supervise HR administration and leave management.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct HR data analysis and reporting for decision-making.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Three to five years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
- Experience handling multiple open roles across functions.
- Strong understanding of sourcing strategies and recruitment tools.
- Familiarity with MS Office.

Performance Indicators
Track time-to-fill, quality of hire, offer acceptance rate, candidate experience feedback, and hiring manager satisfaction.
Compensation
- Pay ranges from AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Work Arrangement
- The role is full-time and performed in person.
