Role Overview
Aims Healthcare is seeking a Human Resource Business Partner to manage the full recruitment lifecycle.
The role supports workforce needs while maintaining positive candidate and hiring-manager experiences.
Work Arrangement
- Work is in person.
Employment and Pay
- The role is full-time.
- Pay is AED 4,000 to AED 5,000 per month.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with leadership to align HR strategy with business objectives.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment and staffing processes.
- Lead employee relations and resolve workplace matters effectively.
- Design and coordinate training and development initiatives.
- Supervise HR administration and leave management processes.
- Ensure compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Conduct HR data analysis and reporting to inform decision-making.
