About the Role
The employer is seeking a hands-on HR Executive / HR Generalist to manage day-to-day HR operations and support the complete employee lifecycle.
The role requires solid UAE HR experience, knowledge of UAE Labour Law, and practical exposure to HRMS, payroll coordination, and employee relations.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, and employee documentation.
- Maintain attendance, leave, overtime, and payroll inputs.
- Coordinate visas, medical insurance, Emirates ID, and joining formalities.
- Manage employee queries and day-to-day employee relations.
- Maintain employee records and HRMS data.
- Ensure HR practices and documentation comply with UAE Labour Law.
- Track probation periods, confirmations, and performance reviews.
- Prepare employment letters, NOCs, salary certificates, and HR documentation.
- Coordinate resignations, terminations, clearances, and final settlements.
- Prepare HR reports and support ongoing HR initiatives.
Requirements
- At least 4 years of HR experience in the UAE.
- MBA, postgraduate qualification, or equivalent.
- Hands-on experience with an HRMS.
- Strong working knowledge of UAE Labour Law.
- Experience in payroll, recruitment, employee relations, and general HR operations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and confidentiality.
- Must currently be based in the UAE.
