Overview

  • Work Location: Sterling Perfumes, DIP
  • Work Timing: 8AM to 5PM
  • Salary Range: 3000 to 4000

Visa & Immigration Coordination

  • Coordinate with the onboarding team to ensure timely processing of employment visas from offer acceptance till Emirates ID (EID) issuance.
  • Track the progress of visa applications and maintain accurate records of all immigration related documents.
  • Coordinate with the respective department managers to obtain timely confirmation and approvals for employee visa renewals.
  • Follow up on visa, Emirates ID, medical, and labour document expiry dates to ensure compliance with UAE regulations.
  • Liaise with internal stakeholders and the PRO team to facilitate smooth visa processing and renewals.

Employee Documentation

  • Prepare, issue, and maintain employee letters and HR documents, including: Warning Letters, Salary Transfer Letters (STL), Salary Certificates, Employment Certificates, No Objection Certificates (NOC), Experience Letters, Visa related letters and other HR correspondence.
  • Ensure all employee documentation is accurate, approved, and issued within the required timelines.

HR Administration

  • Maintain and update employee records in the HRMS and personnel files.
  • Ensure all employee documents are complete and compliant with company policies and statutory requirements.
  • Respond to employee queries related to HR documentation and visa status.
  • Maintain confidentiality of employee information and HR records.

Compliance & Coordination

  • Monitor visa and Emirates ID expiry reports and initiate renewal processes proactively.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth employee onboarding and documentation.
  • Support HR audits by maintaining complete and accurate employee records.
  • Ensure compliance with UAE Labour Law and company policies in all HR documentation and visa related processes.
