Job Summary

  • NSAS Tourism LLC is seeking a dynamic and detail oriented HR Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
  • The role involves managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, supporting business needs, and ensuring proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
  • Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.
  • Oversee employee relations, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions.
  • Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
  • Manage employee attendance and leave records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE labor laws.
  • Prepare and process HR letters, including No Objection Certificates (NOC), salary certificates, pay slips, and experience letters.
  • Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
  • Assist with payroll processing and administration.
  • Manage employee health insurance benefits, including enrollment, cancellation, and query resolution.
  • Ensure compliance with all UAE labor laws and regulations.
  • Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
  • Support the performance review cycle and assist managers with performance related matters.

Qualifications & Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar role.
  • Strong understanding of HR processes, UAE labor laws, and HR best practices.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of HR software is a plus.
