Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs
- Oversee employee relations including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions
- Manage employee attendance and leave records ensuring compliance with UAE labor laws
- Prepare and process HR letters such as NOC, salary certificates, pay slips, and experience letters
- Assist with payroll processing and administration
- Manage employee health insurance benefits including enrollment, cancellation, and query resolution
- Ensure compliance with all UAE labor laws and regulations
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures
- Support the performance review cycle and assist managers with performance related matters
- Coordinate training and development programs to enhance employee skills and career growth
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or related field
- Minimum 3 5 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar role
- Strong understanding of HR processes, UAE labor laws, and HR best practices
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills

Job Summary
- NSAS Tourism LLC is seeking a dynamic and detail oriented HR Executive to join our growing team in Dubai.
- The role involves managing all aspects of human resources practices and processes, supporting business needs, and ensuring proper implementation of company strategy and objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruitment cycle, including job postings, screening, interviewing, and selection.
- Coordinate new employee onboarding and orientation programs.

- Act as a point of contact for employee queries and concerns.
- Manage employee attendance and leave records, ensuring accuracy and compliance with UAE labor laws.
- Prepare and process HR letters, including No Objection Certificates (NOC), salary certificates, pay slips, and experience letters.
- Maintain and update employee records in the HR system.
- Assist with payroll processing and administration.
- Manage employee health insurance benefits, including enrollment, cancellation, and query resolution.
- Ensure compliance with all UAE labor laws and regulations.
- Develop, implement, and enforce HR policies and procedures.
- Support the performance review cycle and assist managers with performance related matters.
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 5 years of experience in an HR Executive or similar role.
- Strong understanding of HR processes, UAE labor laws, and HR best practices.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management.
- Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Excellent verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of HR software is a plus.
