Technical Assistant Responsibilities

  • Process all incoming and outgoing correspondence, communication, documentations and reports as per specific instruction and company procedures
  • Provide assistance, prepares and issues documentation in connection with operations/projects/initiatives managed by the division
  • Maintain up to date, effective and comprehensive technical documentation and filing system for all correspondence, documentation and reports
  • Ensure documentation flow through the Division is produced to standard/agreed formats and correctly numbered/registered/stored
  • Coordinate and organize internal/external meetings, distribute agendas, prepare and distribute minutes of meeting and make catering arrangements
  • Liaises with various vendors/contractors on technical issues relating to operations/maintenance requirements
  • Prepare, issue and file various documentation relating to Division strategy plan development, monthly reports, etc.
  • Retrieve information and documentation from Division database/filing for management reporting

HR Coordinator Responsibilities

  • Process all Recruitment requisition SF as required by various departments/divisions
  • Identify qualified candidates from available database or source recruitment agencies; screen all CVs and provide Line managers lists of potential candidates
  • Maintain database/record of all CVs received through various sources
  • Coordinate pre employment medical checkup, CID Clearance, background check etc.
  • Get necessary approvals from management/Recruitment Committee
  • Mobilization of selected candidates within the time frame; arrange visa, temporary accommodation and travel for new employees
  • Maintain employees’ personal files
  • Liaise with agent on issuing and renewal of general conditions of contract and manpower contracts
  • Coordinates with travel agencies for IATA air ticket cost enquiry and prepares employees’ annual air ticket/vacation allowance
  • Assist on exit interviews and follows up with respective departments for demobilization

General Support Responsibilities

  • Support Project Manager for planning and budgeting of general services and transportation activities
  • Maintains various supplies as appropriate to the needs of the Project; may coordinate and expedite purchase of assorted day to day supplies
  • Performs various general office support as assigned
  • May act as courier for the unit in the pickup and delivery of documents, materials and/or supplies
  • Support in arrangement and management of house locations for PMT personnel
  • Guarantee necessary relevant support to employees, contractors, and visitors for general services aspects
  • Perform other similar or related duties as assigned by HR Management/Project Management Team

Qualifications & Experience

  • Technical Diploma or a combination of relevant training and experience; Degree holder is preferred
  • 5 years work experience for performing similar jobs for Oil & Gas Industries
