About the Role

Responsibilities
- Coordinate interviews, maintain recruitment cycle records, hiring approvals, and onboarding checklists.
- Maintain full time and part time employee records for the University.
- Track performance evaluation cycles, KPI forms, and completion status.
- Organize training programs including schedules, rooms, attendance lists, and trainer coordination.
- Maintain accurate employee files in both physical storage and HR system and update HR content on the University website.
- Monitor employee attendance, lateness, absences, and leave records.
- Support day to day HR operational activities.
- Coordinate employee engagement and recognition programs and petty cash related to HR activities.
- Prepare quarterly HR reports and ad hoc reports as requested.
- Provide operational and administrative support.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree
- 1 – 2 years’ relevant experience
- Knowledge of HR processes and recordkeeping
- Effective Communication skills
- Basic knowledge of Labor Law

- Competencies: Knowledge of HR processes and recordkeeping, Effective Communication skills, Basic knowledge of Labor Law, Knowledge of computer programs and software, Organizational and Administrative skills, Project management, Time management, Knowledge in Academic Accreditation
