- Coordinate day to day administrative activities of the Centre
- Schedule meetings, workshops, consultations, and stakeholder engagement events
- Maintain records, databases, and documentation related to Centre activities
- Prepare correspondence, meeting minutes, reports, and presentations
- Support event logistics, registration, and participant coordination
- Collect, consolidate, and classify inputs gathered during engagement events
- Monitor action items and follow up with stakeholders and project teams
- Assist in procurement, budgeting, and administrative processes
- Support reporting requirements and document management
- Ensure compliance with organizational policies and procedures
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Management, or related field
- 2 5 years of administrative or operational support experience
- Fluency in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong organizational and coordination skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities
- Ability to leverage AI to automate/enhance efficiency of workflows

Job Purpose
- Provide administrative and operational support to facilitate the effective implementation of research, policy, stakeholder engagement, and reporting activities of the Centre of Excellence.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate day to day administrative activities of the Centre.

Preferred Qualifications

- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
- Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
