Overview

  • Responsible for management and daily/periodic processes related to staff attendance, leave management, employee files, employee labor requirements, and other HR employee relations and human resources policies, programs, and practices.

Responsibilities

  • Ensures that employee data is correct and up to date in relevant payroll and employee administration systems.
  • Submits complete monthly attendance/payroll information/updates to the Finance department.
  • Prepares draft internal memos, salary certificates, salary transfers, employment letters and reference letters.
  • Supports Direct Superior and the HR team, as and when required, by providing advice, substituting team members or coordinating any other assigned human resources processes/programs.

Skills

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Demonstrates a strong ability to solve problems and achieve desired outcomes.
  • Effective communicator with excellent verbal and written skills.
  • Proficiency in using HR related software and tools, including Microsoft Office suite.
  • Must be available in Doha, Qatar.
