About the Role
The HR Coordinator will support the HR team across day-to-day HR operations, employee coordination, and documentation.
The role is in the real estate development industry.
Workplace and Employment
- The position is full-time.
- Work is performed in person in Dubai, UAE.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the end-to-end employee lifecycle, including onboarding, transfers, confirmations, and offboarding.
- Prepare and maintain employee files, HR records, and documentation.
- Coordinate onboarding requirements, offer letters, contracts, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate HR trackers and employee databases.
- Coordinate attendance, leave, and other employee records.
- Support payroll preparation and provide HR data to Finance.
- Assist with medical insurance, visa, Emirates ID, and other employee-related requirements.
- Prepare HR letters, certificates, and other employee documentation.
- Coordinate with employees and internal departments on HR-related queries.
- Ensure HR documents are properly filed, updated, and confidential.
- Support recruitment activities, interviews, and candidate coordination when required.
- Assist with HR reports, audits, and general HR administration.
