Job Overview
Prestige One Developments is looking for a Channel Relations Manager to develop and manage strong relationships with real estate agencies and channel partners, drive business opportunities, and support sales growth across the company’s projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong relationships with real estate agencies and channel partners.
- Identify and onboard new agencies and strategic partners.
- Develop channel sales strategies to increase project sales and market reach.
- Manage partner performance, engagement, and business targets.
- Conduct regular meetings, presentations, and project briefings for channel partners.
- Coordinate with internal Sales and Marketing teams to support partner requirements.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and channel performance.
- Ensure partners have updated project information, pricing, inventory, and promotional materials.
- Track leads, bookings, and overall channel contribution.
- Build long-term partnerships that generate consistent business.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in channel relations, channel sales, or agency relations within UAE real estate.
- Strong existing network of real estate agencies and brokers.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-management skills.
